With Georgina you could cook some of the must-have professional kitchen needs for the daily routine as well as your special dishes, enhancing ingredients taste and flavors.
1
Insert the food you wish to cook in the pressure cooker. Insert a small amount of water along with the fats and/or the seasoning your need for your recipes in the pressure cooker.
Remember that pressure cooking allows you to cook with less fats and salt.
2
Make sure all the valves on the lid of the pressure cooker are free of any debris and are all cleaned
3
Close the lid and switch on the hob to the maximum power
4
When the pressure indicator pulls up (the red button on the side of the lid) Georgina has pressure: cooking time starts now and you can lower the heating power.
5
As soon as the cooking time ends you can release the pressure from one of the manual valve on top of the lid.
You can open the lid only once the pressure indicator is off and the pressure is all released. You can help the whole pressure release with one of the manual valves on top of the lid.
6
Your food is ready and you can complete your recipe!
How to set up Georgina working pressure
Georgina features a 3 Steps Balancing Valve to set up the correct working pressure. Depending on the type of food, you can choose the range of pressure to have during the cooking process. All you need to do is unscrew the top part and then you can remove the 2 rings. With no rings is 0.5 bar pressure, with 1 ring is 0.75 and with full rings is 1 bar. Always make sure the top screw is installed back. The purpose of having an adjustable balancing valve is to let chefs choose even a lower pressure if they want. For example if you need to cook more sensitive items like seafood, or even items with high protein having a lower pressure it will help improve the result or limit food expansion.
Georgina features multiple safety devices to make the cooking process easy and safe.
Excellent results, extra safety.
With Georgina you are in right hands.
Safety devices
1. Pressure indicator valve on the right side of the lid in red. It is active at 0.04 kgs/cm2. It indicates when there is pressure in the pressure cooker and it works also as a safety lock for the cover. When the pressure indicator is up it means that Georgina reached the working pressure and it locks the lid so it is impossible to accidentally open the pressure cooker.
2. Manual Pressure Release /Safety Valve 1 on top of the lid, it makes sure all the pressure is released when the cooking time is over. It is enough just to pull up the nozzle on top of the valve.
3. Manual Pressure Release /Safety Valve 2 on top of the lid, it makes sure all the pressure is released when the cooking time is over. It is enough just to pull up the nozzle on top of the valve.
4. Extra Safety Valve / Vent Another safety device at the back of the pressure cooker. It is a hole which is made on the edge of the cover and it works at 2kgf/2cm.
5. Silicone Seal Ring on the border of the cover it allows to hermetically close the pressure cooker.
Safety Gear with precision interlocking flanges to perfectly close the lid. The specific design of the border of the cover allows an easy and perfect interlocking of the cover with the pressure cooker edge.
